Babul is quite effective in the treatment of sexual disorders like spermatorrhoea, frequent night discharges, loss of viscidity of the semen and premature ejaculation. In addition to that the plant is successfully used for the treatment of diseases like fever, gonorrhea, diarrhea, diabetes, eye-watering, dysentery, excessive bleeding, blood clotting and leucorrhoea. The flowers of the plant are very good for the health of liver. It is an excellent astringents and used as a skin cleaner. The plant is quite effective in the treatment of tooth disorders, conjunctivitis, tonsillitis and eczema. Babul leaves are very beneficial for the health of hair.
