Dyspepsia refers to the inability of a person to digest food. It is an intestinal disorder and is accompanied with pain in the upper abdomen and lack of appetite.

Ayurvedic and homemade remedies to cure dyspepsia

Fruits like pomegranate and banana should be consumed on a regular basis. Thyme and parsley are useful herbs for treating symptoms related to Dyspepsia.

Oranges have essential acids and nutritional substances to fight digestion problems.

Anantamul and Kutki are natural herbs that prove efficient for treating symptoms related to Dyspepsia.

For early signs of Dyspepsia, blackberry tea works well. Ginger tea is also very beneficial for health. A cup of ginger tea in the morning keeps such disorders at bay.

Sesame seeds are helpful. Add roasted sesame seeds to milk or butter and consume it. Follow this practise everyday

Consume foods packed with vitamin C, like carrots and guava quite often.

Ensure you are drinking clean water. Mineral water is the best option available in this case. Add a pinch of salt to mineral water too. It is an excellent remedy for Dyspepsia.

Amla is a useful herb for curing dyspepsia. It helps in getting rid of symptoms like vomiting and nausea.

Coriander leaf is an excellent remedy to cure dyspepsia. You can make a juice of coriander leaves and consume it on empty stomach

Include brown rice in your diet, as it has essential substances to fight dyspepsia symptoms.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. It helps keeping the body hydrated and also flushes out the germs and bacteria that cause diseases like dyspepsia.

Foods rich in Vitamin C like amla and carrots are highly recommended for dyspepsia patients. Vitamin C acts as an anti-oxidant. So including them as a part of your diet is useful.

Licorice is an effective herbal for soothing inflammation in stomach. Take one teaspoonful of licorice with one teaspoonful of honey on empty stomach.
