Try to maintain a healthy weight:

The weight of an individual depends upon many factors such as sex, height, age and heredity. If you are obese than you have developed the chances of for high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, some types of cancer and other illnesses due to increased level of cholesterol in your body. But if you are very thin also, that?s a problem, as low weight is also associated with many problems such as osteoporosis, menstrual irregularities and other health problems. If you like a food that is rich in food, don?t eliminate that from your diet but make sure how much and how often you consume that. You should reduce the intake of such food from your diet instead of completely eliminating that.

Go for daily exercise:

Daily exercise is of great benefit as far as heath is concerned. Gardening, swimming, hiking, jogging and dancing are extremely beneficial for your health. Maintaining a routine of daily exercise or physical activity keeps you physically fit and free from diseases. Use staircase instead of escalator or lift, walk when you talk, parking your car at a distance from your office are some good ideas for daily physical activity.
