  • More rice and potato should be avoided in the meals as they contain more carbohydrates. Instead of that you can go for wheat.
  • Apples are rich in fiber and contains low calorie and hence highly recommended for weight loss.
  • Horse gram has excellent fat burning properties and is an excellent alternative to reduce weight.
  • Ginger has excellent properties of boosting the digestive metabolism of the body, thus helpful in proper digestion.
  • You should develop a habit of drinking about 8 glass of water everyday that helps to overcome overweight.
  • Avoid consuming too many sweets as they contain more calories in it.
  • Regular exercise, jogging and morning walk are the best way to loose weight naturally.
