They like to enjoy long and undisturbed sleep. They take time to excite sexually but once excited, they are show long endurance to satisfy.
The positive aspects of balanced kapha includes exceptional memory retention, relaxed, stability, affectionate, loving, forgiveness, calmness, good temperament and reliability. In contrary to the the negative side of kapha are laziness, greedy nature, lack of comprehension and slow learning capacity.
