- Taking Vitamin C helps you recover from the various symptoms of influenza. It is one of highly recommended remedies for influenza.
- Take Zinc lozenges; it boosts the immune system as soon the symptoms develop.
- Colloidal silver also helps in recovery from this disease.
- One should take a tea with mixing 1 tsp. bayberry bark, 1 tsp. grated ginger root , ½ tsp. cayenne powder and 1 cup of boiling water. Allow this mixture to settle for 20 minutes. Then drink it.
- Take honey and onion juice in same proportions. Make a mixture of it and take 3 to 4 teaspoons of this everyday till you recover from the symptoms of this disease.
- Turmeric is well known for its therapeutic properties. One should take a teaspoon or turmeric powder and mix it in a glass of warm milk. Take this mixture twice or thrice a day.
